IV. 小组主任及职责
- 椅子
- 期限:一年
- 职责:征求, 组织并选择年度年会的演讲, assist the SIG in articulating and disseminating its issues and concerns to ACTFL, 主持协会的年度业务会议,并作为协会和ACTFL员工之间的联络人. 一年后,“椅子”将变成“过去的椅子”.

SIG officer nominations will be held annually for the following positions:

达到最广泛的听众的团体成员, a mandate of holding SIG Officer Elections online went into effect on 1/1/2013.

- Provide ACTFL with candidate bio/vision statements: 250 words or less. Submissions must be received any time between post-convention and December 15. 这使得在线选举得以进行,新当选的官员将于1月1日就职.
V. ACTFL责任
全年为小组提供支援,职工联会职员在小组主任履行职务时为他们提供支援. This support includes, but is not limited to the following requirements:

- Provide the Officers with a regular membership roster and budget reports.
- Establish and maintain continuous communication vehicles for each SIG.

- Post SIG information to the ACTFL website as needed throughout the year.
- 在年度大会上举行年度SIG官员会议.

- Facilitate information sharing between ACTFL and SIG leaders throughout the year.
- Distribute, as directed, SIG information to SIG members (by printed and electronic means).
- Provide, as available, space at the ACTFL 年度大会上 for SIG activities.
VI. 预算
特别兴趣小组的年度预算是根据7月1日团体成员总数分配的,具体如下:

财政年度

年度大会上
- 特邀演讲者酬金/旅行 -不超过 每位演讲者500美元; original receipts are required in the case of travel reimbursement. ACTFL电子下注软件没有资格获得旅费报销/酬金.

- 莱佛士 – for ACTFL membership and ACTFL Bookstore certificates; not to exceed a total of $500 per convention.

- 购买报告和/或出版物 – pertinent and beneficial to the SIG and its members; must be approved by ACTFL staff.

- 网络研讨会谢礼 – SIG officers may offer an honorarium of up to $500 per webinar, total. 现任ACTFL董事会成员和现任SIG官员没有资格获得酬金.
- SIG特定奖项 – SIGs may create their own awards with guidance and approval from ACTFL. SIG奖励不得与 ACTFL专业奖项, all criteria and eligibility must be approved by ACTFL prior to announcement. Award winners should contribute a tangible benefit for the group, 例如时事通讯文章或网络研讨会.
